Build strength, speed, agility for Football and 
supplemental running plan will prepare you for the
endurance demands of soccer, rugby, and lacrosse.

This is a tough summer program that is six weeks long. Most students do the program twice to see huge gains in strength, speed, agility and endurance. It has all the exercises with weights and calisthenics to build strength and muscle stamina, as well as drills and running program to build speed, agility.

There is also a supplemental running plan that should be used for sports like lacrosse, rugby, and soccer with the increased endurance demands compared to football.

It works great! Nutritional information to help you gain weight or lose weight and pictures of all the exericses will help you make this pre-season training period extremely productive.
