

This workouts is a mix of moderate rep calisthenics plus a gradual buildup of increased weight training exercises over an eight week period. This program is my transition into a heavy weight cycle after six months of high rep calisthenics and high mileage cardio.
Using the same principles as the 52 Week Maximum Fitness Book, this periodized cycle of training is geared for picking up some mass, recovering from high rep PT / high mileage of running by adding weights, decreasing reps and mileage, and adding some non-impact alternatives to cardio like swimming, rowing, biking etc...
