

It is here! This is how I have incorporated the Perfect Pushup into my training routines. The Perfect Pushup enables the user to challenge his pushup muscles, but also work the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder safely. This creates a tougher workout and will decrease your repetitions during your workouts until you build up the smaller muscles of the shoulder / upper back.
In turn, your pushups will increase when performing regular pushups for military, law enforcement or other tests. Also, your lower back, upper back, chest, arms, shoulders, abs, and even your legs will feel the burn when in a pushup position. The burn comes faster with the Perfect Pushup.
