The TRX Workout is a minimal equipment needed workout routine but is still an advanced level workout. It is complete with running, swimming, and even rucking options for cardio. If you prefer you can always replace those cardio events with other options (run, bike, row, elliptical, stairs, etc)
This program is how the TRX is added into the way the Heroes of Tomorrow train for tactical fitness tests and other training programs. It is a rather advanced program, but the beauty of the TRX is that the exercises are easily scaled back by simply changing the angle of your body to the ground.
There is very little information on how to safely use or station the TRX in this workout program as you should have that information in the Fitness Anywhere packaging of the TRX itself. But you will see how the TRX has supplemented our style of high rep calisthenics based programs into a much more effective overall workout.
