Ace the Army PFT and one of the toughest ten day schools in the US military. Expect daily 4 mile runs, obstacle courses, pushups, pullups, situps, and one 6-12 mile foot marches with full gear during the course. You still have to learn how to handle air assault rigs and learn to conduct standards air operations.
This program was personally designed for an Army soldier who successfully aced the course. Being in good shape helps you concentrate on the job at hand instead of being too sore and tired to think well under pressure.
